Bart Winkler

Student Ministries Director
Bart has been a part of Grace Bible Church for most of his life. He has served in the youth group for about 10 years, & in the last few years has grown to love preaching God's Word, proclaiming the gospel, & building discipling relationships to point others to Christ. His greatest desire is for every student in youth group to understand & believe the gospel & how it changes everything. He strives to know & love Christ more with his whole life & is passionate about helping others do the same. When he is not serving as Youth Director you can often find Bart stitching people up in the ER at his other job as a PA.

Kaitlyn Ring

Student Ministries Admin
Kaitlyn has been an active member in the rich community of Grace Bible Church since moving to the Canal Winchester area in mid-2019. A Cedarville University graduate, her love for ministry grew during her time serving & studying there. Kaitlyn especially enjoys pointing others to Jesus & growing more like Jesus herself through mentoring & discipleship. Her desire & heart is for the youth kids to know & love Jesus, and that she would glorify God in whatever time she spends with them. You can often find her meeting with students over coffee, attending sporting events, and making up goofy dances or handshakes with the kids.

Training the next generation to make more and better disciples

We are blessed with an amazing team of adult leaders who faithfully serve and invest in GSM students each week!

How is this accomplished?

Consistent Engagement with Christ-Filled Community

Small groups have been established that are centered on our commitment to faithful study of Scripture. These small groups are the lifeblood of our ministry, building relationships and establishing accountability for consistent growth in the Lord.

Faithful Study of Scripture

Because we believe the Bible is central, everything we do flows from that commitment. Why? Because "the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword..." (Heb. 4:12).

Prioritized Relational Discipleship

The culture of discipleship within Grace Student Ministries is founded on intentional, God-honoring relationships. Leaders are encouraged to seek out intentional times for meeting with students. The purpose of these meetings is to help “train” the students to know, love, and follow Christ in all aspects of their life.

Sunday Evenings

5:30-7:30 pm

GSM primarily meets on Sunday nights. This is when we seek to faithfully handle the Scriptures, allowing the Word of God to speak to the hearts of the students. We also spend time worshiping and building community with one another through games and small group discussion time. Grades 7th through 12th are welcome. We would love for you to join us!
