Faithful Preaching. Christ-Filled Community. Relational Discipleship.
Because we believe that the Bible is central, everything we do flows from that commitment. We seek to develop a desire in students to read the Word, prepare students to have a proper understanding of the Word, and train students on how to apply the Word to their specific needs (as well as the needs of others). Why? Because "the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12).
Our main meeting time happens on Sunday nights. This is when we seek to faithfully handle the Scriptures, allowing the Word of God to speak to the hearts of the students. We also spend time worshiping and building community with one another through games and small group discussion time. We would love for you to join us!
Seeking to be obedient to the commands of Scripture, students will be encouraged and provided opportunities to participate in Christ-filled, Word-centered community led by trained, God-honoring adult leaders. The content for these groups will be based on whatever sermon series we may currently be in.
Discuss. Connect. Grow.
The text for this week's small group is 1 John 3:16-18. Study the passage and come prepared with a question and an observation from the text.
